Throughout your month people will be:
- encouraged to follow you on social media so they can always stay connected with you and your brand
- learn about your book through weekly blurbs you wrote
- uplifted and remembering you from your words of encouragement
- reminded where to purchase your book

What You Will Need to Submit by November 22, 2020

(Please DO NOT submit anything until payment in full is made)

Professional picture with a 300 dpi and it must be horizontal. See below an example of a horizontal picture. You will also need to email me at RJSpecialistsForYou@gmail.com the name and contact of the photographer who took your picture so I can get a photo release to use it in the calendar. I can also send your photographer a spec sheet and talk to them on the phone to assure the correct picture is taken and submitted. Please note: If you are partnering with (1) additional author your pictures MUST be taken together and there will not be any split payments.

Promo Information:
- Your first and last name (or your pen name)
- Your edited book summary or your bio (no more than 15 sentences and please no run-ons). It is one or the other that will go on the top page.
- 5 statements of encouragement (no more than 15 words because these will go into the calendar’s blocks)
- Your social media handles and website (optional)
- 1 main way people can purchase your book (goes on the bottom of calendar) and 2 other ways people can purchase your book (optional)

Investment

You will receive all of this for only $250. If you can't make the entire payment today, pay $150 now to save your spot and pay the remainder $100 on November 13, 2020. Please note, payments are none refundable.

- An invoice will be emailed for the remainder $100 on November 13, 2020 and is due upon receipt. Please email RJSpecialistsForYou@gmail.com if you would like to make your payment before the 13th.

Q: Can I purchase additional calendars? A: Yes, for an additional fee per calendar.

Q: Are there any refunds? A: There are no refunds after payment is made since these calendars will have to go to print.

Q: Can you hold my spot? A: Unfortunately not, it is first come, first serve.

Q: Is there anything I can put on my featured month? A: No vulgar language.

Q: Will you edit the text I submit? A: No, so please make sure you have a professional editor read over your information.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping? A: Shipping is free for the first 10 calendars. Additional fee may be required for additional calendars.

Q: When will I receive my calendars? A: The goal is for all authors to receive their calendars by December 21, 2020.

Q: Can I choose which month I am featured? A: On the order form there is a section that allows you to select your top three months. Month selection is first come first serve.
